A grade 12 student who helps the staff run the school and helps students in lower grades.
2 hours of quiet supervised study between 6:50pm & 8:50pm: Monday through Friday in your House.

Saturday #1 & Saturday#2
Each Saturday has 3 academic blocks. Saturday 1 is different from Saturday 2 so check your timetable.
Student Executive Council – Made up from the House Captains, Head Prefect, Assistant Head Prefects, AC Chair and Grad President. These student leaders work closely with the Head of School, the Director of Residence and the Director of Campus Life to ensure that the school runs smoothly.
An attendance check four times a day. The first is at the dining room
between 7am and 7:30am. The second is in the dining room at supper, between 5:10pm: and 6:15pm: The third is at 7:15pm: in your House and the fourth is a final sign in with your House parent at the end of the day.
Casual dress that students wear to certain events. Casual dress would be dress slacks, dress shirt or polo shirt and dress shoes. No jeans or runners.
SPARC is a student peer counseling program run by Mrs. Felix, the School Counsellor. Please see her if you are interested in participating.

Our theatre building which houses the Killy theater, the Asper Room (music room), the Green Room (which is used for some private music lessons), the Dance Studio, a classroom, and the Arts office (Mrs. Widenmaier’s office). The official name is the T. Gil Bunch Centre for Performing Arts – it is named after T. Gil Bunch who was a much-loved English and acting teacher and the Assistant Head here at Brentwood.
Red Saturdays are intentional "recovery days" for the students and staff. These weekends enable students to head home or to friends on Friday afternoon and return to school on Sunday evening. Those students who remain on campus get to enjoy a quiet day on campus to sleep in, catch up on school work and enjoy a Saturday without classes. A typical Red Saturday Routine is below.
Hello Students and Staff,
This weekend is a Red Saturday Weekend. Students who do not have scheduled school commitments may go on leave on Friday starting at 5 pm through prior arrangement with the House Parents. The last arts block on Friday (5-6 pm) will be canceled.

Red Saturday Schedule
9 - 9:45 am - Breakfast for all students on Campus
10 am - Sign into your houses. Mr. Burton is on Duty. His cell number is 250-216-9808
10 am - 12 noon- Study/quiet time in the houses
12 - 1 pm - Lunch
1 pm - 5:30 pm - Free time. Local Leave OK.
5:30 - 6:30 pm - Dinner
7:15 pm - Sign in at your house
Regular Saturday evening sign ins to follow.
Sunday will follow a regular Sunday Routine.
Students returning to the school using the ferries on Sunday must be on the 7pm sailings.
